In the Design You Mighty Network, you get a real-time conversation thread that is organized and efficient. Design You offers you the chance to sign up for content categories of your choosing, including content segmented by Topic, plus sub-categories to make content even more searchable. And unlike Facebook, you can chat with each other in direct messages without having to “friend” each other or share too much personal information.

Design You’s Mighty Network also offers segmentation by groups within the platform so you can further connect with others like you and easily take advantage of added benefits of Design You. For example, by being a part of the Tobi’s Bookclub Group, you can learn about and discuss Tobi’s favorite business and personal development books with Tobi and other members. Or if you’re an Interior Design, join the Designers Only group and have a great place to discuss best practices and your biggest challenges in the design industry and your own firm.

Right inside the Design You Mighty Network, you will find a link to the Design You Content Site. This site is where we post each month’s theme, calendar of events and training videos.

It’s also where we archive previous coaching and business consulting calls in case you missed them or want to watch them again. You can ask Tobi a question directly by submitting an “ask Tobi” form in this site, and Tobi’s answers will be posted for everyone to read and put into practice.

Also in the Design You content site, you can access all of Tobi Fairley’s best and most popular programs like Designer MBA, Financials for Creatives and any new content Tobi creates. That’s right, every single program or piece of content that Tobi creates to sell to her audience, is included complimentary to Design You members all through the Design You content site.

Don’t worry. Mighty networks and our Design You content site are super simple. We have video tutorials for mighty networks and we are happy to assist you if you have questions.

You will be notified by email when each month’s content goes live in the Design You content site or when special live webinars or calls happen. To be notified of what’s happening the Design You Mighty Network site, you control the notifications so you can customize them to your preferences.

That’s entirely up to you. The monthly content is on average 30-75 minutes of video and 2 live calls that are 60-90 minutes each. So that’s about 2.5-4 hours on average a month, which breaks into 45 minutes to an hour a week. Plus we offer a lot of extras like podcasts with study guides, bonus content and courses. It will all be there and ready for you when you have time or you need it.

Our goal is to meet you where you are. The Design You philosophy is to “Say no to busy and create a business and a life you love”. So the last thing we want to do is add more to your plate that makes you feel obligated or behind. Instead, we want you to feel supported, loved and give you tools that make your daily life better.

The content is designed to help you spend time on the people and things that matter most. It is life-changing content. But you don’t have to consume it all at once, or finish it to be ready to move to the next month’s content.

Our philosophy is to take what you need and leave the rest. If you need support, we’re here and so is lots of great content. And if you are super studious and love to geek-out on self-help and personal development stuff like we do, you can spend hours working through all that Design You has to offer. Again, you decide.

We don’t believe there is such a thing as “falling behind” in Design You. Whatever amount you consume each month is exactly the perfect amount for you. We’re all unique with different goals and challenges and our differences will help us each know intuitively how much support we need from Design You in any given month.

We believe there are 2 parts to this answer. First, we can give you all the information in the world, but if you don’t put it into action, you won’t get results. So not just consuming content, but using it to create change in your life or business is the first way.

Secondly, speak up. If you have questions, ask. If you need help, participate in the coaching calls. If you have a story of how something is working for you, feel free to share and help your peers. The Design You Mighty Network page is an especially good place to participate in encouraging your peers and being encouraged by them. It’s not a place for telling others what to do, but rather sharing your experiences so they can be educated and inspired by what works for you.

Yes. There are multiple opportunities to interact personally with Tobi Fairley in the Design You program. The best places are by requesting to be coached on a live “House Call” or by raising your hand to get your questions answered in the Zoom monthly “Office hours” calls where Tobi answers as many questions as possible by virtually calling on you in the zoom virtual meeting room.
You can also submit questions in the Ask Tobi portion of the Design You content site and all those will be answered personally by Tobi and posted in the “Ask Tobi” tab on Mighty Networks.

There will be other opportunities during live webinars and summits where you can submit questions in real time via Crowdcast or Zoom in the live chat box.

Design You offers more real time support from Tobi than any previous Tobi Fairley online course or program has before. But it’s up to you to step up and get what you need.

Yes. From time to time, Tobi will bring on other experts to help educate our community on important topics or share their stories. This program is the place that anything that is important to Tobi and has made a difference in her own life or business including other experts, will often show up.

Yes! If you do this work, your life will change for the better. Period. But you have to give it effort, practice, and time. To get lasting results you must commit to at least a full year of dedication to Design You. But here’s the deal… If you sign up and decide this work isn’t for you and you don’t want to keep working with Tobi and Design You, you can cancel your membership at any time. This is not in your best interest, but it’s absolutely your choice.

If you decide Design You isn’t for you, visit our cancellation site and submit a request for cancellation.

If you submit your cancellation request by the 15th of the month, your cancellation will be effective the last day of that month. If you are cancelling on the 16th, or after, your cancellation will be effective the end of next month.

You will not be able to sign up for Design You membership again for one full year after canceling.

Design You is a membership (like a gym membership). You have unlimited access to anything in the program as long as you are a member. If you cancel, your membership is disabled at the end of the last month you paid for, and you will no longer be able to login to the membership site or the mighty networks community site.

You will have full access to the site, coaching calls, and all online materials until the end of your last paid month.

Prior to each monthly coaching call (they’re called House Calls) you will receive a reminder email with the most up-to-date guidelines for submitting your coaching request. Please reply to that email with your coaching request following the guidelines. We will take requests on a first come, first served basis. If you still have questions after reviewing the reminder email, please email designyouhelp@tobifairley.com.

If you are confirmed on any particular call to coach with Tobi, you must show up and be ready. If you miss your slot, you must wait 90 days to resubmit a request to be coached.

We feel confident that with our Coaching, Courses and Community model, you will have many chances to get the support you need from Tobi and your peers. Whether through consuming the recorded content and taking action, participating in the live online events, joining in (or starting) conversation on Design You’s Mighty Network, or using the Ask Tobi option, you choose the method of getting support that works best for you.

We do our best to get the call recordings updated on the content website within 24 hours of their completion. You will find them at the very bottom of the current month’s content page by navigating to Monthly Content > MONTH (ie January) and then scrolling down to the bottom of the page where the recordings will be archived.
