I’ve been there! I know exactly what it’s like to feel like I’m spinning my wheels — working WAY too many hours and getting absolutely nowhere. I did that for my first two years in business, until I realized that there HAD to be a better way! So I sat down and used my own business skills and my MBA to recraft how an interior design business should be run.

Today, I have a multimillion dollar business, I have clients across the country, I’ve been published in national and international publications, and I have four licensed product lines.

And it was the strategies, tools and ideas in these 16 modules of Designer MBA that got me to where I am today!

Designer MBA is the information I wish I’d had 15 years ago. I would have been on the path to success even sooner!

How do you know Designer MBA is right for me?

  • Your clients are nickel-and-diming you on your fees.
  • You’re not breaking even in your business.
  • You’re not paying yourself.
  • You have no idea where to find your next client.
  • You’re pitching your projects, but hearing nothing from editors.
  • You feel like you’re leaving money on the table.
  • Clients are comparing you to other designers by how much you charge.
  • You’re spinning your wheels at work and getting very little done.
  • You feel burned out and totally uncreative.

If you can relate to any of the above

Then let’s get started!

Streamline your processes, rev up your creative engine, learn how to charge what you’re worth, and how to sell your services!

And to make sure you feel supported…

I also offer a members-only Facebook group!

It’s a supportive place where interior designers can share their own tips, ideas, sources, and strategies in a private community. It’s a safe space where you can find encouragement and support from people who are going through the same things that you are, in a trusted group setting.

I’ve been asked for years to bring my popular live Designer MBA course to just about every city and town on the map – and I wish I could travel to all of those places! But there’s only so much of me to go around. So instead, I created these amazing online modules to bring the content to YOU, wherever you are!

And the best part is, you can work on these courses on your own time and they fit right into your schedule. It couldn’t be easier!

In the live classes, you get more interaction with me and others in the class, and you’re able to ask me questions directly! Some people prefer that way to learn, and you can find out more about my next live class here!

Live and online are each great learning vehicles — you just have to pick the one that’s right for you! And if you want to try BOTH, that’s okay, too! I have a lot of students who have attended the live version and then took the online courses to help keep them on track.

“Just wanted to say this is the BEST thing I have purchased for my business ever! Just finished the first module and it’s FANTASTIC!” — Jena Salmon

“It’s easy to use, has great and valuable content. I’m so grateful Tobi has offered an easy-to-access, affordable way to ‘eat up’ her knowledge and experience. I’m hungry for more!” — Maria Adams

“The content is great! This is the most fun I’ve ever had doing homework!” — Wendy Fisher

“The Financials Module is so great! It’s horrifying to work the numbers for your design business, but when you finally get them – and understand them – you can get a plan and take action!” — Kathleen DiPaolo

You Have Questions?  I Have Answers!

I’m swamped! How in the world can I do this, too?

I get it, I’m super-busy, too! But rather than continuing to do things the old way, the way that is grinding you down bit by bit, get the tools and ideas you need to rebuild your business to get you back on track! I brought this instruction online exactly so you could fit it into your schedule and work on it in your own time. Let’s transform your business!

Why is there homework?

I want you to actually take action! I can give you all the tools in the world, but your company’s fate is in your hands. The only way you’re going to find success is if you do the work. The homework is my way to prompt you to take that action!

Will I be on a deadline to finish these courses?

No! You go at your own pace, on your own time, and whenever this fits into your schedule. The 16 courses will be waiting for you in your members’ area whenever you are ready.

How do I get my CEUs?

As soon as you finish all 16 modules, just email your name, your IDCEC number, and the date you finished to info@tobifairley.com to let me know. We report your name and number to IDCEC and they’ll send you a very quick quiz that asks you questions about the information you received in Designer MBA. Once you answer those questions, your .8 CEUs are awarded to you! That’s almost enough credits for a full TWO YEARS of accreditation!
